The foundation of our firm is effective advocacy for our clients. One of the most important aspects of effective advocacy is responsiveness to clients, by both regularly apprising them of the status of their matters, and by promptly responding to their specific inquiries and questions. While Mr. Ruth is regularly available to take client calls, when he is not, our firm utilizes a variety of means for clients to leave messages for their attorney which they can expect to be promptly responded to. E-mail technology can also be utilized by clients to send messages to firm staff – all firm E-mail accounts are checked several times daily. Mr. Ruth is of the firm belief that our clients are the firm's most valuable asset and are the sole reason for the firm's existence, and thus strives to ensure that all clients are familiar with the status of their case at all relevant times, and that they can rest assured that when they have questions or inquiries, a prompt response is always at hand. Finally, clients can be assured that they will have ready access to their attorney for answers to their questions, and will not be forced to speak solely to a paralegal on issues that are important to the client.
The Firm's Guiding Principles And Directives
Our firm exists to help clients in immigration, probate, real estate and business law matters, as well as other areas, to the fullest extent possible and practicable.
Our firm would not exist but for its clients – thus, responsiveness to clients and effective advocacy on behalf of clients are the firm's primary goals.
The focus of our firm is on helping clients solve disputes, not on maximizing profitability or "win/loss" records. Thus, in many instances, we will help clients on matters which most other firms may turn away based solely on financial considerations, or based upon preservation of egotistical "win/loss" records.
We take it upon ourselves to stay abreast of current legal trends and developments, in order to best advance a client's cause.
Recognizing that many of the firm's clients find themselves in distressing situations, we believe in providing clients with a supportive environment to the fullest extent possible.
Let Us Help You!
Our firm is proud of its principles and its directives, and we believe that you will find the firm to be different and distinct from many other law firms. Thus, if you are seeking legal counsel, please contact us and allow us to show you how retaining a lawyer to protect your legal interests does not have to be a negative and frustrating experience, but rather, can be one of the best decisions you ever make.
